Kuwaiti PM Receives Ambassador of Vietnam

The reception was attended by Assistant Undersecretary of HH the Prime Minister's Diwan, Sheikh Fahd Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.

His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Mohammed Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has expressed his sentiments to the Vietnamese people and particularly to the late President Ho Chi Minh and his satisfaction of the development of the relationship between Kuwait and Vietnam.

The Kuwaiti Prime Minister noted with satisfaction the early etablisment of diplomatic relation with the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, right after Vietnam gained the reunification of the country.

His Highness the Prime Minister has extended his best regards and wishes to H.E. Nguyen Tan Dzung, the Prime Minister of Vietnam and other Vietnamese leaders.
 
The Ambassador of Vietnam, H.E. Nguyen Danh Sao, has expressed his sincere thanks to the Kuwaiti Prime Minister, Sheikh Nasser Al- Mohammed Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and the Kuwaiti people for the good sentiments they reserve for Vietnam.

Paying a visit to His Highness the Prime Minister during the holly Ramadan month, Ambassador Nguyen Danh Sao has extended his best wishes of health, happiness and a prosperous future to the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and the Kuwaiti people, the Prime Minister and his family.

He also expressed his wishes to enhance the economic cooperation between the two countries for the multual interest of the Kuwaiti and Vietnamese peoples.

On this visit, Ambassador Nguyen Danh Sao has presented to Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Al- Mohammed Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah a book titled “ Ho Chi Minh - Thought on the Diplomacy” and a picture called “Ancient Hanoi” of paper art work.
